Refund & Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when they buy pregnancy pillows from us. Your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work on playtots.in.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them.

• Once an order is successfully cancelled, your payment will be refunded within 2–3 business days.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 07-day return policy for all purchases. That means you have 14 days after receiving your PlayTots product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The item should be in its original packaging with tags intact.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, you may ship the item back to us. Please note:

• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your product.

3. Damages & Issues

We take extra care to pack and ship your pregnancy pillows safely. However, if you receive a product that is:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrect (wrong size or product)
