Welcome to the PlayTots India shipping policy. Here, we explain how we ship your order. We also share delivery times, payment options, and what to do if an issue comes up. In short, this page answers every shipping question you may have.

Free Shipping Across India
First, the good news. We offer free shipping on every order across India. Moreover, there is no minimum order value. As a result, you never pay extra for delivery.
This is not a limited-time offer. Instead, it is a promise we make to every PlayTots customer.
Prepaid Orders Only
Currently, PlayTots India accepts prepaid orders only. In other words, we do not offer cash on delivery. This helps us ship faster and keep prices fair.
However, we accept many secure payment methods at checkout:
- UPI, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM
- Credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express
- Debit cards from all major Indian banks
- Net banking
- Popular digital wallets
Also, all payments go through secure, encrypted gateways. So your details stay safe.
Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1 to 2 working days after payment. However, orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Here is what to expect:
- First, you will get an order confirmation by email and SMS
- Next, you will get a tracking link once your order ships
- Finally, every order is packed with care to protect the pillow
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on where you live. Below is a rough estimate based on our past orders.
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 working days. This includes Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 working days
- Remote locations: 7 to 10 working days
Please note, these are just estimates. At times, delivery may take longer. For example, weather, courier delays, or public holidays can slow things down.
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners across India. As a result, your pillow reaches you safely and on time.
Your order may ship with one of India’s leading logistics providers. Moreover, every shipment is trackable. You will get the tracking link by email and SMS.
How to Track Your Order
Tracking your PlayTots order is simple. Here is how it works:
- First, we email and SMS you a tracking link once your order ships
- Next, click the link to see the live status any time
- Finally, if you do not get the link within 2 working days, please contact us
Delivery Address Guidelines
Please make sure your address is correct. Otherwise, delivery may be delayed.
To avoid issues, follow these tips:
- Add your full name, address, landmark, city, state, and pin code
- Share a working mobile number so the courier can reach you
- Check all details before you place the order
- If you need to change the address, contact us within 12 hours
Missed Delivery Attempts
Sometimes, a delivery can be missed. In that case, the courier will try again over the next 1 to 2 working days.
However, if the package cannot be delivered after a few tries, it will come back to us. Then, we will call you to reschedule. So please keep your phone nearby when your order is out for delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We check every PlayTots pregnancy pillow before we pack it. Moreover, every order is packed with care to avoid damage in transit.
Still, in the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just contact us within 48 hours. Also, please share clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund right away.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Sometimes, delivery can be delayed for reasons we cannot control. For example:
- Heavy rains, floods, or other weather issues
- Lockdowns, curfews, or public holidays
- Courier strikes or network delays
- Wrong or incomplete delivery addresses
In such cases, we will keep you posted. Also, we will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as we can.
International Shipping
For now, we ship only within India. So we do not offer international shipping yet.
