In short, we offer a 15-day easy return policy on eligible orders. Moreover, we process every refund quickly and fairly.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. So you have over two weeks to check your pillow and decide if it works for you.

We want every mother to feel confident while shopping with us. Therefore, we keep our return process simple and stress-free.

Eligibility for Returns

To return a PlayTots pregnancy pillow, your order must meet a few simple rules. Please read them carefully before you request a return.

Your return is eligible if:

  • You request the return within 15 days of delivery
  • The pillow is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You have a valid order receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product was bought directly from playtots.in

However, please note that used, washed, or damaged products cannot be returned. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For your safety and ours, some items are not eligible for return. For example:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or stained
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products returned after the 15-day window
  • Items without a valid order receipt
  • Products bought from third-party sellers or marketplaces

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Orders

We check every pillow before it ships. Still, sometimes issues can happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Also, share clear photos of:

  • The product you received
  • The outer packaging
  • The courier label, if possible

Once we review the details, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away. In such cases, the return is completely free of cost.

How to Request a Return

Requesting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email or call us within 15 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and the reason for return
  3. Send clear photos of the product and packaging
  4. Wait for our confirmation by email or WhatsApp
  5. Pack the product safely with all original tags and packaging
  6. Hand it over to the courier we arrange for pickup

Return Pickup and Shipping Costs

Here is how return shipping works:

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong orders, we arrange a free pickup
  • For change-of-mind returns, a small pickup or shipping fee may apply
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you may need to self-ship the product
  • In self-ship cases, please use a trusted courier and share the tracking details with us

Refund Process

Once we receive and check your returned product, we start the refund process. Moreover, we keep you updated at every step.

Here is what happens next:

  • We inspect the returned product within 2 to 3 working days
  • We send you an email once the refund is approved
  • The refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval
  • The amount is credited to your original payment method

Depending on your bank or UPI provider, the refund may take a few extra days to reflect. Still, we always process it from our end within the time stated above.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships. To do this, just contact us as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • After shipping, you may return the product under our 15-day return policy
  • Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5 to 7 working days

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. However, you can return your order for a refund and place a fresh order for the product you want.

This helps us process your request faster. Also, it avoids long delays caused by stock or colour availability.

Refund Amount

Your refund will match the amount you paid for the product. However, the following may be deducted where applicable:

  • Reverse pickup or return shipping charges, if any
  • Any discount or coupon value that no longer applies

In short, you will always know the exact refund amount before we process it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account or UPI app once more
  • Next, contact your bank or payment provider, as some refunds take longer to show
  • Finally, if you still do not see it, reach out to us with your order details

We will check the status from our end and help you sort it out quickly.
