At PlayTots.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we’ve created a simple and transparent 7-day refund and return policy. Please read the details below carefully to understand our process for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation:

If your order qualifies for cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 2–3 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
7-Day Return & Refund Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. All approved replacements will be processed within 7 working days.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.
